Using a gas burner there isn't any emission of soot through the flue and the chimney mainteance will be reduced.

Both ovens models “Mobile” and “Fixed” can be supplied with gas assist. They will have the same technical and aesthetical characteristics of a wood oven but a 29.200 Kcal/h 34 Kw gas burning will be furnished and installed to the oven.

The burner is placed into the oven on the right side or on the left side of the cooking floor according to the client choice. It’s complete of electronic unit control.
